We are looking to hold a new contest shortly, but are looking for some suggestions on how to run it this time. We have done Triva, Photos, Guessing Games.. Should we stick to what we have done or try something new?

Maybe a Trivia game, but with multiple questions where the answers are emailed to a created ID (and have to be sent within a certain time limit to prevent web searches). People would have to stay in the discussion group to get the questions, but eliminate the luck of the refresh rate.
Either that or pick some games that we can do as an xbox live party.....

That is a good idea, especially because have had such a big lag problem when there are several members online refreshing right about the same time... it sucks for the members and it sucks for me!

Ah you caught me....
Some times it's hard to find people on Xbox live that are sane... (seriously, on Monday while playing Mass Effect 3 there was some kid (had to be 13-15) where EVERY 3rd word was F. F This Man, What the F... I hate going into parent mode or adult mode (could you please expand your vocabulary to include words that have more than 4 letters???)
